In accordance with the Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, and following the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and good faith, Jiangxi Jinye Dacron Technology Co., Ltd. conducts public bidding and welcomes qualified bidders to register.
1. Project Overview
1. Project name: Customization of copper outlet nozzle sleeve processing parts and chute processing parts;
2. Delivery time: within 10 working days after signing the contract;
3. Delivery location: No. 6, Development Avenue, Chating Industrial Park, Guangxin District, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province;
4. Scope of contract: Processed parts for copper outlet nozzles and chute parts, which shall be processed and produced according to the requirements of the drawings;
5. Contracting method: work and materials are contracted, and the total price is calculated based on the actual processing volume;
6. Payment method: 60% in advance, 30% if the goods are accepted by Party A, 10% warranty deposit, and 1-month warranty (a special invoice for 13% value-added tax will be issued)
2. Bidder qualification requirements
1. Have good similar project performance and service reputation, provide copies of performance and contracts in the past three years, and have corresponding qualifications and abilities in professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, etc.;
2. The enterprise needs to provide a copy of the business license and tax registration certificate (or "three certificates in one" business license or public institution legal person certificate); production safety license, and the qualification category and level of the enterprise;
3. The enterprise is not ordered to suspend operations, has its bidding qualifications cancelled, or has its property taken over, frozen or bankrupt;
4. The enterprise has not been suspended from bidding qualifications by relevant departments due to fraudulent bidding, serious breach of contract, major project quality, safety production accidents, etc. and is within the suspension period;
5. The bidder is willing to provide the most favorable price to the tenderer (and stipulate this breach of contract clause in the contract).
6. The units participating in the bidding must pass the tenderer's review before they can participate in the bidding.
7. The bidder is legally and financially independent and can operate legally, and has legal person status and the right to independently conclude contracts.
3. Tender registration

4. Prequalification

5. Conditions for issuance of bidding documents
The tenderer will inform applicants whether they have passed the pre-qualification review and issue bidding documents to those applicants who pass the pre-qualification review.
